Seascape Villas by The Mulberry Collection

Seascape is an elegant retreat, comprising of a small cluster of secluded and contemporary whitewashed villas, perched on the top of the hillside above the famous Kaputas beach and ravine. The estate is flanked by craggy rock faces, dense olive groves and proudly surveys Heybeli and Saribelen islands. The laid back atmosphere, cooling blue vistas and slow pace of life ensure relaxation, a place to disconnect and be your true self.

Each of our ten villas has been designed with your comfort, ease and privacy in mind. Cool architecture is combined with space and simplicity captivating you from the moment you arrive. Lengthy windows frame the sparkling sea and outdoors a large private pool deck is the perfect platform for spying on the waves. Sunloungers, dining and seating areas provide restpite from the intense summer heat and ensure there is always space to kick back and devour a good book. Raise
your glass to the setting of the sun and rejuvenate to the blissful sound of the sea accompanied by the soothing tunes of resident cicadas.

Seascape comprises of seven three-bedroom villas each with their own private pool and a jacuzzi master bedroom suite. In addition, we have one honeymoon villa for two and two one bedroom pool villas accommodating up to two guests.

The villas are tiered into a steep hillside location. The first four villas are located on the top of the hillside. The remaining six villas are set over two levels below, all with uninterrupted views out to sea.

For your comfort, an inclusive vehicle will be at your chosen villa on arrival. We hope you will enjoy pootling into the village to access local amenities and exploring the wider region.

Should horizontal hangtime lose its glow, the village of Kalkan is just moments away and there is plenty to keep you busy! Explore the charms of the compact old town, get lost shopping for leather goods in artisan boutiques, pack a swimming bag and make the voyage across the bay to any of the beach clubs for a spot of snorkelling and countless cocktails. Get cosy at alfresco cinema nights and
indigo beach club. Head out of town: charter a Turkish wooden sailing gulet and explore remote coves and bays, head west by road to the protected Patara Beach, home to the loggerhead turtles, and ancient historical site. Travel by boat from Kaş to the conservation area of Kekova which boasts a number of historical sites, including the hilltop fortress of Kale and the partly-submerged Lycian city of Simena whose sarcophagi, cliff tombs, walls and mosaics – date back over 2,000 years!
