Ground Floor

Villa Basil is one of fifteen villas that complete the Woodland Collection. Contemporary and
secluded these rural hideaways are concealed away in the village of Yesilkoy. This one-
bedroom villa sleeps up to two and is deceptively spacious, ideal for couples seeking a
romantic escape in a peaceful setting. Interiors are light and airy and large glass windows
frame the swimming pool and garden. The décor is chic and minimal, featuring neutral tones
and olive-green fittings. The contemporary American style Kitchen is fully equipped should
you wish to create an array of delicious meze. The open plan living area is comfortable and
the perfect spot to loiter, featuring a large L-shaped sofa, American breakfast bar and
television. Large glass doors open onto the pool terrace allowing guests to come and go
between the pool deck and interiors effortlessly.

First Floor

A staircase leads to the first floor, the galleried master bedroom, which is elegant and roomy
with the added benefit of a jacuzzi bath. There is also a modern en suite with separate
shower and WC. Large glass windows, imbibe the surrounding serene nature-scapes.

Outside

An impressive relaxation location, unwind from the everyday in the privacy of the villa, or tog
up and explore the stunning surrounds and awe-inspiring woodland vistas. Outside the
freshwater pool and the spacious terraces benefit from the fact that they are entirely
encased providing the utmost privacy. Even the paparazzi would be hard pressed to snap
you here. The inviting pool and terrace look out across the roofs of village houses below
towards Patara beach beyond. The outside space is made for the glorious mediterranean
climate, lazy days can be spent between the pool deck, shaded day bed and the alfresco
living space which is thoughtfully placed under the shade of a pergola. This villa boats an
alfresco sitting area, roomy en-plein- air dining space and a swinging day chair. Evenings
can be enjoyed grazing around the barbecue under a canopy of stars.
