hillside in the village of Yesilkoy. This relaxed and well appointed one bedroom villa provides
the ultimate romantic escape.

Ground Floor

Villa Chives is one of the rarest finds; a bijou bolthole for two with simply sensational
woodland views. An intimate sanctuary for two, ideal for couples who want for little more
than to relax and enjoy each other’s company.Entrance is via the rear of the property from
the communal car park. An olive-green door opens onto a deliciously spacious open plan
living area. The design is influenced by Mykonos architecture, typified by white and use of
striking olive-green soft furnishings that are in keeping with the area which is famed for its
olive groves and fertile plains.

The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities to cater leisurely
poolside lunches and alfresco feasts under a canopy of stars. There is an American
breakfast bar- the perfect spot to perch while enjoying freshly ground coffee. Chives has all
the necessities you could possibly need while self-catering, washing machine, cooker, hob,
dish washer and so on. There is also a cosy sitting room with epicurean sofas and lengthy
windows maximise the feeling of inside-outside-living. Practically, French windows open onto
the alfresco dining terrace thoughtfully designed under the shade of a pergola, there is also
access to the pool and surrounding furnished terraces.

First Floor

Upstairs the modern theme combines with warm and delicate tones to create a reassuringly
homey vibe. The galleried master suite enjoys more stunning views across unfettered terrain
and bountiful valley plains towards the golden sands of Patara Beach. The bedroom is well-
proportioned and features a jacuzzi bath and separate shower and W/C facility.

Outside

Chives is the probably our favourite choice for honeymooners seeking privacy. Encircled by
towering trees, lush greenery and abundant surrounds guests can relax peacefully whilst-
enjoying life’s simple pleasures. Outside the glorious pool is ideal for enjoying a refreshing
dip while basking under the sun’s rays. The surrounding terraces are manicured to
perfection, a double day bed is conveniently placed under the shade of a pergola and there
is a second terrace which enjoys further shade overhead- this space is well equipped with a
gorgeous alfresco dining area that seats four as well as an en-plein-air lounge and swing
chair. The entire outside space is walled to provide maximum privacy, however there are
widescreen views from the pool t maximise those far-reaching woodland views.
