Two-bedroom villa suitable for up to 4 Guests. This modern villa is built over two floors, and a
contemporary and understated theme runs through the villa.

Ground Floor

Entrance is through a pastel grey door, once inside a doorway on the left-hand side leads to the
downstairs cloakroom. The entire ground floor is home to an enormous open plan living space with a
large fully-fitted kitchen complete all you could possibly need to cater a culinary extravaganza. There
is also a comfortable sitting room with a grey voluptuous sofa and mauve cosy armchairs. The open
plan living space is comfortably relaxed and the perfect spot to linger. There is a real sense of inside-
outside living space, the large glass doors open allowing residents to enjoy the best of both worlds
with very little effort. Also on this level is an indoor heated plunge pool.

First Floor

Sleeping quarters are located on the first floor. A staircase leads up to the super spacious master
bedroom with a romantic red bed frame set against bright white walls. The master bedroom also
features a jacuzzi bath, separate shower and W/C, and glass doors open onto the furnished balcony
with views across the valley plains and out to sea. Just down the hallway, is the second ensuite
bedroom with a yellow theme, this bedroom features twin beds and is ideal for friends sharing. This
bedroom has stunning views out to sea over the valley and Taurus Mountain range.

Outside

Large glass doors open onto the pristine courtyard swimming pool and terraces, featuring a pleasant
alfresco dining and seating area together with a built-in barbecue where you can absolutely make
the most of the warm evenings. The outside space is enveloped by a pleasant, whitewashed wall so
the children can’t stray far while you kick back with a good book, there are also privacy screens so
you can relax with complete peace of mind away from prying eyes. There are plenty of day beds and
parasols should you need some respite from the brilliantly blue skies and the children will love the
air hockey which is next to the alfresco dining table under the shade of a pergola.
