Boasting modern architecture a monochromatic white scheme balanced by a seaside blue. The
property is built over one floor with the swimming pool and surrounding terraces very much being
the focal hub and place to gather. Villa Juniper is just the perfect choice for a family who enjoys a
more independent style of holiday. The villa is peacefully positioned in the village of Yesilkoy at the
foothills of the Taurus Mountain range. This comfortable and relaxed three-bedroom property
sleeps up to six guests. Larger parties can combine with any of the sister villas that form the
woodland collection.

Yesilkoy is a dispersed village and agriculture is deeply rooted in the heart of this community.
Perched slightly inland, it is still only fifteen minutes from the upmarket waterside town of Kalkan
yet the ambience and atmosphere couldn’t be more contrasting. Kalkan offers elegant alfresco
dining opportunities in abundance, both waterside and on roof terraces, there are also a myriad of
artisan boutique shops, a pretty public beach and selection of chichi beach clubs. Villa Juniper is an
ideal compromise for families seeking authenticity, peace and quiet but with a host of opportunities
for exploration only a short drive away.

Entrance

Cark park at street level and enter via several steps up to the front door.

Outside

Entrance is through a bright blue door that opens onto a secret paradise hidden behind thick walls.
The pristine courtyard swimming pool takes centre stage, around which several alfresco doorways
lead off to the various bedrooms and living spaces. Outside, ehe walled garden, features a pleasant
alfresco dining area and separate seating area together with a built in barbecue where you can
absolutely make the most of the warm evenings. The outside space is enveloped by a pleasant stone
wall so the children can’t stray far while you kick back with a good book. At the rear end of the
courtyard an alfresco staircase leads upstairs to a magnificent roof top kosk with glorious views
across the undulating terrain and towards Patara Beach.

Inside

All of the rooms including sleeping quarters and living spaces have their own alfresco external
entrances and centre from the swimming pool which is the focal feature of the villa.
The villa features three bedrooms each of which is ensuite and all a generous size so there is little
reason for bedroom envy.

The master bedroom is complete with king-size bed, spacious wardrobes, vanity station jacuzzi bath
and separate ensuite shower and wc.

The second bedroom features a double bed, spacious wardrobes and shower w/c. Similarly, to the
other bedrooms, the third bedroom is accessed via an external staircase and it features twin beds
together with an ensuite and shower WC.

A contemporary and understated theme runs through the villa. Another alfresco external doorway
leads from the swimming pool terrace into the open plan living space, featuring a fully fitted kitchen
and breakfast bar together with a spacious sitting room.
