Villa Mint and Villa Dill are two identical sister villas featuring rustic wooden exteriors that blend
beautifully with the surrounds while the glass frontage provides a modern ambience and
imbibes the pool and serene garden environs.

Ground Floor

Entrance into the villa is via a small staircase and blue gated door. The entire villa and
grounds are walled and enclosed, providing guests with maximum privacy. Floor to ceiling
glass windows open from the pool deck and garden into the appealing Villa Mint. The villa is
laid-out on two floors and features bare stone walls. The focal point and place to gather is
the open plan living, kitchen and dining room which follows a contemporary design theme.
Interiors are minimalist and the large glass doors create a feeling of light throughout and
contrast against the more traditional wooden and stone elements. The kitchen is an elegant
charcoal grey and is well equipped should you wish to dine in. There is also a pretty dining
area next to the kitchen that seats four should you wish to enjoy some respite from the sun
and a cosy seating area with two voluptuous sofas. To the rear of the ground floor is a
cloakroom with W.C. There is also a super spacious twin bedroom ideal for friends or
children sharing, this bedroom is also complete with large en-suite ( shower and W/C
facility).

First Floor

A wooden staircase leads up to the galleried master bedroom which is located on a
mezzanine floor. The neutral colour-scheme continues. The master features a large double
bed, romantic day bed and benefits from an en suite with shower and W/C.

Outside

Among its finest features are the garden and swimming pool which provide plenty of space
to relax and unwind comfortably away from prying eyes. Families with young children will
also love the fact the exterior is entirely encased so little ones can’t go AWOL. The
swimming pool enjoys a centre stage position and is surrounded by roomy terraces
scattered with contemporary day beds, parasols and a swing chair. There is also an alfresco
dining area carefully placed under the shade of a pergola and an even an alfresco jacuzzi. A
narrow grassed lawn leads to the stone barbecue. Villa Mint enjoys a wonderfully relaxed
outside space, which makes it the ideal spot for dining by candlelight on those nights you
cannot bring yourself to leave.

Entrance

Cark park at street level and enter via several steps up to the front door.
