Guests will feel at ease from the moment they arrive and hours will easily be spent in the stunning garden where the infinity pool enjoys breathtaking seascape views- a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation.

On entrance guests will be enthralled by the light and airy interiors and glorious sea vistas shining through the floor to ceiling glass windows. The entrance hall leads to the roomy open plan living area featuring a well-appointed kitchen and American style breakfast bar, there is ample living space in the sitting rooms for those times you wish to kick back and catch up on your favourite series. Bi- fold glass doors open onto the pool deck and furnished terraces the perfect oasis for entertaining.

Further accommodation comprises of a well-proportioned en-suite double bedroom , providing plenty of space for relaxation and storage. This bedroom also benefits from access directly onto the pool terrace which is not only convenient but perfect for early risers who like to start the day with a pre-breakfast dip.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will discover two further bedrooms. The enticing master is galleried and peers over the sitting area, it features a luxurious free-standing jacuzzi, plenty of wardrobe space and a good size en-suite with shower and W/C. Also on the first floor is a twin en-suite bedroom with stunning balcony and unrivalled sea views.

Outside

Outside Mulberry 1 promises plenty of space as well as a peaceful environment for pool pursuits and entertaining alfresco.

The villa is entirely encased providing plenty of privacy for you to spend time with your loved ones away from external distractions. The sea-gazing infinity pool is the beating heart of the villa and the perfect place to linger. The surrounds are peppered with numerous day beds and an elegant, raised double- day bed is the ultimate treat. Sun seekers and shade-lovers will find plenty of spaces to revive comfortably. While the en-plein-air dining table is carefully placed under the shade of the pergola, whether you wish to enjoy languid poolside barbecues or peaceful evenings under a blanket of stars, we are certain Mulberry 1 is the perfect base from which to enjoy your precious summer vacation.
