Inside

Mulberry 2 is contemporary in design and built over two floors, with chic and stylish interiors. The
exterior is whitewashed and all of the terraces are beautifully furnished and made for living en-plein-
air during the long Mediterranean summer.

Entrance is on the ground floor and the villa has been meticulously designed to accommodate
friends or a family travelling together. Throughout the villa has high ceilings as well as plenty of
space to relax. There is a roomy open-plan living area complete with kitchen, American breakfast bar
and sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped so if you cannot bring yourself to leave, you will find
everything you need to cater a culinary extravaganza. The sitting room is super comfy and the
perfect place to linger for anyone seeking some respite from the sun during the peak summer
months. The entire rear of the house is framed by large bifold glass doors which take in the awe-
inspiring scenery and provide a sense of inside-outside living.

Also on the ground floor, is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite (shower and WC facility) and of
course plenty of wardrobe space for those who do not travel light! Guests staying in this room will
love the large floor to ceiling glass doors where you can drink in the seascape vistas and of course
early risers will love rolling out of bed into the pool.

First Floor

A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two beautifully prepared bedrooms, the neutral
décor continues- bedrooms are whitewashed with bronze fixtures and fittings together with some
bold modern artwork. The master suite is galleried and overlooks the sitting room, it also enjoys far
reaching sea views and benefits from a free standing jacuzzi as well as separate shower and W/C.
The third bedroom is a twin with ensuite ideal for friends sharing and you won’t feel like you have
been shortchanged with this boudoir as it has a dramatic balcony taking in the best views in the
entire house and of course it is the only place to watch the sunset while sipping on a glass of rose.

Outside

Outside you are spoilt for choice as to where you might want to unwind. The villa is entirely encased
so you don’t need to worry about the children being out of sight and you can relax with no external
distractions. The cliff-edge infinity pool is the focal point of the villa and the perfect place to gather
with friends and family. The surrounds are dotted with numerous day beds and a gorgeous, raised
double bed with chiffon- curtains that billow in the breeze. Sun seekers and shade-lovers will find
plenty of places to relax. There is also a roomy alfresco dining area under the shade of the pergola-
the perfect space to gather with your best people and make the most of mediterranean evenings.
And of course no holiday in the Mediterranean is complete without barbecuing facilities, these are
conveniently positioned adjacent to the Alfresco dining area.

Outside the swimming pool and surrounding terraces are relaxed and understated, sumptuously
furnished so you can make the most of basking under glorious Turkish skies. No matter where you
decide to kick back under shade or in full sunshine you cannot escape the magnificent brilliant blue
bay views- it is difficult to think of a more splendid spot to enjoy with your best people. Day beds are
plentiful, and there is even a raised double bed should you wish to cosy up with your love bug.

Of an evening, we couldn’t blame you if you didn’t wish to leave- the alfresco dining area is well
appointed with plenty of space for six and there is a good size barbecue so you can graze with your
loved ones under a canopy of stars.
