Inside

The villa is beautifully built over two floors, modern monochromatic white exteriors with stylish and
bold interior design.

Entrance into the villa is on the ground floor and the villa has been thoughtfully designed lending
itself to families or groups of friends travelling together. There is an expansive open-plan living
kitchen, American breakfast bar and sitting area. Comfortable cushioned sofas are just the perfect
perch from which to recline while binging on movies on the large flat screen television. Large bifold
glass doors frame the magnificent far-reaching sea views and practically open onto the many
furnished terraced and pool deck.

To the rear of the ground floor, is a large double bedroom with en-suite (shower and WC facility) and
also plenty of storage space. This room opens onto the pool deck and is the perfect choice for guests
who like to rise early and enjoy a pre-breakfast dip.

First Floor

Upstairs, the contemporary décor continues- bedrooms are whitewashed with bronze fixtures and
fittings. There are two bedrooms on the first floor each with en-suite shower and W/C. There is a
twin bedroom ideal for children or friends sharing, this room benefits from plenty of storage space
and it has a balcony that takes in the far reaching sea views.
Along the hallway, is the galleried master bedroom that peers down over the open plan living space.
This room also benefits from large glass windows bringing the outside in, there is also a jacuzzi bath
the perfect place to rejuvenate after a busy day basking under Turkish skies.

Outside

Outside you are spoilt for choice as to where you might want to unwind. The villa is entirely encased
so you don’t need to worry about the children being out of sight and you can relax with no external
distractions. The cliff-edge infinity pool is the focal point of the villa and the perfect place to gather
with friends and family. The surrounds are dotted with numerous day beds and a gorgeous, raised
double bed with chiffon- curtains that billow in the breeze. Sun seekers and shade-lovers will find
plenty of places to relax. There is also a roomy alfresco dining area under the shade of the pergola-
the perfect space to gather with your best people and make the most of mediterranean evenings.
And of course no holiday in the Mediterranean is complete without barbecuing facilities, these are
conveniently positioned adjacent to the Alfresco dining area.
