Gazing out across the glorious infinity edge pool across the stunning headland on which it sits, one
definitely has the feeling of being the king in the castle.
The indigo sea shimmers ahead and guests will enjoy the far-reaching views to Snake and Mouse
Islands. The stunning vistas here really provide the theatre; however the interiors and surrounding
furnished terraces provide lashings of comfort ensuring guests enjoy a quality and affordable escape.

Inside

This beautiful one bedroom sea-facing villa is set above the pretty harbour town of Kalkan in an
extremely sought-after location. Undeniably romantic, it is easy to pop in and out of the action as
and when you like and in the meantime you can relax and enjoy the serene rural environs that
Mulberry 4 evokes.
Entrance is into the generously proportioned open plan living area which dominates the ground
floor. Interiors are cool and have a neutral palette creating a summer-living vibe and laid-back
ambience. Large glass windows imbibe the stunning scenery and swimming pool. The open plan
kitchen, dining and living space is made for socialising on cooler days, there is a comfy seating area
and a television to binge your favourite series. While you may not have come on holiday to cook, the
kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for in-villa dining.

First Floor

The gorgeous master bedroom is situated on the first floor, and you can enjoy air conditioning as it
soothes you to sleep during the warmer months. There is also a modern and spacious en-suite with
shower and W/C.

Outside

The alfresco living area is super spacious, large glass doors open onto the exterior and provide a
sense of inside-outside living. It is easy to while away the hours drinking in those glorious widescreen
views and dipping in and out of the infinity edge swimming pool for refreshing dips. The surrounding
terraces are beautifully furnished with plenty of day beds, easy chairs and a double day bed. There is
a shaded pergola for en-plein- air dining and even a barbecue for grazing around. There is little
reason to leave with everything you need at your fingertips, but should you wish to relax beachside
Kaputas and Patara are 20 mins away by car and the elegant harbour town of Kalkan is just 15
minutes away by car.
