A contemporary 3-bedroomed villa set on the hillside less than 15 minutes by taxi from the infamous
Kaputas and Patara Beaches. Mulberry 5 occupies a prestigious position where guests will appreciate
uninterrupted sea views and blood-orange sunsets.

Inside

Mulberry 5 was built in 2019 and is located in Kordere just above the elegant harbour town of
Kalkan. Highlights of the villa include the gorgeous, enclosed garden and sea-facing swimming pool
with simply mesmerising views out to sea. The villa is made for alfresco living with plenty of
furnished terraces for sun worshippers and shade lovers.
Entrance is into the contemporary open plan living space. The décor is neutral and large glass doors
create a feeling of light throughout. While you haven’t necessarily come on holiday to cook, the
kitchen is well equipped should you decide to enjoy some leisurely evenings in, making the most of
the barbecue, swimming pool and surrounding seascape vistas. Of course, you might even wish to
utilise one of Kalkan’s many in-villa dining services so you can make the most of your stylish villa
accommodation. The kitchen area also features an American-style breakfast bar and opens onto the
sitting area which is cosy and complete with television. Large glass doors lead through to the walled
gardens and pool deck.

Also on the ground floor is a spacious en-suite double bedroom, complete with vanity area, plenty of
wardrobe space and it even benefits from direct access onto the pool terrace. This is the perfect
choice for early risers.

First Floor

A staircase leads to the first floor home to the remaining sleeping quarters. The master galleried
bedroom gazes over the sitting area and out to sea through the large glass windows. There is also an
indoor jacuzzi bath, a romantic spot to relax and renew after a day’s adventure. The master is
complete with plenty of storage space and a separate en-suite with shower and W.C.
Just along the hallway, is a twin en-suite bedroom perfect for friends sharing. Doors open to a
beautifully appointed balcony that is comfortably furnished, the perfect spot for leisurely early
morning coffees.

Outside

Doors open onto the delightfully furnished garden terraces. The encased surrounds mean the
children can’t be out of sight which is wonderful when travelling with a young family. There is plenty
of space to safely roam and from every aspect guests will drink in the unbelievable seascape views.
As the sun slinks into the sea, guests can enjoy the yakamoz and dining peacefully under a canopy of
stars. The beating heart of life at Mulberry 5 is the gorgeous sea-gazing swimming pool, complete
with plenty of day beds, a double day bed and a beautiful sitting space. There is also an alfresco
dining table that comfortably seats 6, thoughtfully placed under the shade of a pergola.
