Mulberry 7 is a beautifully appointed modern detached villa, complete with private sea-facing pool
and encased surrounding terraces. Interiors and exteriors are modern with flashes of colour, the
epitome of cool living. Located on the hillside above Kalkan it enjoys a peaceful situation within easy
reach of the centre of Kalkan.

Inside

Another wonderfully private and spacious villa that forms part of the Mulberry Collection. Mulberry
7 features modern, whitewashed exteriors and interiors, a good-size swimming pool and well-
maintained surrounding terraces.

The villa is beautifully put together and is the perfect choice for groups of friends or families
travelling together, young families will especially appreciate the encased surrounds so the little
people in our lives don’t ever stray far.

Almost all of the ground floor is open plan featuring a well-equipped kitchen, American breakfast bar
and comfy sitting room with television. Large glass doors frame the stunning sea views and open
onto the alfresco living area. Double height ceiling and glass windows provide an airy feeling
throughout and provide a sense of indoor-outdoor living. Whether you are inside or out, you cannot
escape the magnificent views out to sea or the hot orange sunsets- which are some of the finest the
region has to offer.

The first of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is complete with double bed,
wardrobe space, vanity station and en-suite shower W/C. All sleeping quarters feature air-
conditioning so a good night’s sleep is guaranteed, an essential when travelling in peak season. Early
risers will love the ground floor double bedroom, drift out of bed for a pre-breakfast dip.

First Floor

Upstairs the pristine neutral tones continue. There are two further bedrooms located on the first
floor, both are en-suite and one is a galleried bedroom prepared as double, guests will also enjoy the
freestanding bath with jacuzzi jets. Just along the hallway, is the en-suite twin bedroom perfect for
friends sharing. This bedroom benefits from a balcony with dreamy views across the Mediterranean,
it is furnished and the perfect place to take a quite moment and recharge while sipping on a fresly
squeezed juice.

Outside

Bifold doors lead from the ground floor open plan living space onto the swimming pool and
surrounding furnished terraces. Several beautifully furnished patios are geared up for long family
evenings grazing around the barbecue. This gorgeous space is in parts under the shade of a pergola,
the alfresco dining area is the perfect spot to linger while savouring a leisurely aperitivo. There are
also many further furnished nooks and crannies where you can recline and watch the sun slink into
the sea. Sunworshippers won’t be disappointed either as there are many day beds where guests can
soak up those scorching rays. The entire space is enclosed so you can unwind in complete seclusion,
while enjoying simply breath-taking views over this stunning coastline.
