Beautifully perched in an elevated hillside position just a short distance from the elegant harbour
town of Kalkan, Mulberry 8 is a contemporary villa that has been designed as an escape from it all
bolt hole for six. The entire surrounds are encased and designed to allow you to make the most of
mediterranean leaving, there are plenty of furnished spaces for you to relax and unwind comfortably
and stunning sea vistas from every aspect.

Inside

Mulberry 8 is another contemporary villa, complete with swimming pool and mesmerising sea views
that forms part of the Mulberry Collection, as with the other villas- each is white washed, featuring
walls of glass and contemporary fixtures.

The villa is well appointed and is suited to young families, friends or even a multi-generational
vacation. Nearly, all of the ground floor is open plan featuring a small sitting area with cosy sofa and
television- there are even floor to celing glass windows if all you want to do is survey the gardens
and awe-inspiring seascapes. The kitchen is well-equipped too, whether you wish to cater in or have
someone cook for you! Interiors are bright white, balanced by colourful cushions and soft
furnishings.

A double en-suite bedroom is also located on the ground floor and features a vanity station, storage
is plentiful and one of the highlights is the floor to ceiling glass doors taking in the manicured pool
terraces. This beautiful bedroom is well suited to guests who like to rise early and enjoy the
swimming pool pre-breakfast.

First Floor

A staircase leads to the first floor where the pristine white-wash theme continues. There are two
further bedrooms, each is en-suite and one is a galleried bedroom prepared as double, the jacuzzi
style bath tub suits itself to those seeking a romantic break. Just along the hall, is the twin bedroom
with shower and WC well suited to friends sharing. This bedroom benefits from a balcony with
simply stunning views out to sea across the Mediterranean. The perfect spot to linger and enjoy
some quite moments ahead of the start of the season.

Outside

Mulberry 8 is a striking and unusual villa due to its peaceful away from it all location and magnifincet
seascape vies. The location alone makes it stand out from the crowd. The swimming pool is an
excellent size lending itself to those who like to clock in a few lengths before breakfast. The
surrounding terraces are immaculately maintained and the entire space is comfortably furnished
with an alfresco dining table, built in barbecue and plenty of outside space for loafing and lounging.
