Villa Nettle
One-bedroom villa suitable for up to 2 guests.
Nestled on the hillside above the rural village of Yesilkoy, Villa Nettle is a modern, romantic
and seductively private villa for two. This dreamy little sugar cube house with olive green
shutters peers over the bountiful plains towards Patara beach in the distance.
Ground Floor
Villa Nettle is a pretty and recently completed one-bedroom, semi-detached villa sleeping up
to 2 Guests. Entrance is via the rear of the villa from the communal car park. Inside,
interiors are light and airy, the architectural design is fresh and in keeping with the
surrounding soothing Mediterranean tones. Built over two floors, large glass picture windows
at the front of the house frame the surrounding gardens, swimming pool and furnished
terraces. The entire ground floor is home to a spacious open plan living area, comprising an
American style kitchen with breakfast bar, large comfy sofa ideal for loafing and lounging and
of course a television. The kitchen is well- equipped for those who wish to enjoy dining in
situ. Practically, French windows open onto an alfresco dining terrace and the swimming
pool.
First Floor
A staircase leads up to the galleried master bedroom. Enormous glass windows imbibe the
magical woodland views. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with a large double bed taking
centre stage, there is also a jacuzzi bath and separate show and w/c facility.
Outside
The beating heart and place to gather at Villa Nettle is the well-appointed alfresco dining
area, swimming pool and surrounding manicured terraces- which is made for lazy days
basking under brilliantly blue skies. Splendidly perched in an elevated hilltop position, Villa
Nettle peers through the trees and over rural village life towards the infamous Patara beach
in the distance- these wonderful views can be enjoyed whilst bathing in the glorious pool.
A covered veranda practically, provides some much-needed respite from the intense
summer glare, kick back in the cosy en-plein- air sitting space with a good book or raise a
glass to good times in the alfresco dining area while listening to nature’s various calls.
