Villa Oregano is an affordable and contemporary three-bedroom villa built on one level, packed full
of creature comforts and with a rooftop hideout to gaze over the glorious surrounding nature-
scapes. The villa is deceptively spacious, exteriors are whitewashed, bordered by Venetian style
shutters, and it is encased by walls providing plenty of privacy away from prying eyes. It is an utterly
peaceful setting, well suited to friends or families travelling together.

Inside
Entrance into Oregano is via a small staircase from the car park, a pretty blue door leads into a Greek
oasis inside. Once inside the swimming pool is the central feature and place to gather, the villa is
divided between two white- washed buildings, encased it has a courtyard style setting. Each of the
three beautifully appointed bedrooms and living spaces have their own entrances.
Each of the three bedrooms are a very generous size, so there is absolutely no reason to have any
bedroom envy. Two bedrooms are double and one is prepared with twin beds. Please note all
bedrooms open onto the central courtyard and swimming pool. All bedrooms feature en-suite
bathrooms with shower and w/c and wardrobes. The master bedroom has the added benefit of a
jacuzzi bath.

Throughout, a contemporary and understated theme runs through Oregano with all the modern
conveniences you could want for. The interior of the villa is white-washed, floors have a bold Greek
style tile and there are bright blue fittings and furnishings. The kitchen and open plan sitting space is
a good-size with everything you could need for entertaining. There is also an American style
breakfast bar ideal for grazing over a light meal or enjoying a coffee. The sitting room is complete
with a comfy sofa and television, ideal for loafing and having some respite from the sun. Glass doors
open onto the alfresco dining terrace, which is both beautiful and functional when transporting your
culinary masterpiece from the kitchen.

Outside

One of Oregano’s most superb features is the magnificent roof terrace, which is the only place to be
when golden hour comes, perch under the shade of the pergola whilst raising a glass of rose to
another wonderful day spent in rural Turkey.

Villa Oregano is purpose built for long leisurely days spent alfresco, basking under Turkish skies.
There are plenty of day beds and parasols for those who wish to loaf and lounge as well as plenty of
cosy sitting areas. There is a built-in barbecue, alfresco dining table for six ideal for evenings in,
grazing under a canopy of stars. There is also a raised double day bed and beautiful hanging chair,
for those who wish to dose whilst listening to the hum of cicadas.
