Two-bedroom villa suitable for up to 4 Guests.

This beautifully appointed, white-wash villa is built over one floor and
has been designed with an inordinate amount of private space both
inside and out.

Ground Floor

Entrance to the villa is on the ground floor via floor to ceiling glass windows from the pool
terrace which is entirely encased providing guests with maximum privacy. Inside the beating
heart of the villa and place to gather is the large living space which is entirely open lan. This
area features a sitting room (complete with television), dining and kitchen. There is a roomy
dining table which can comfortably accommodate six guests. The décor is soft and neutral
creating a relaxed and tasteful ambience, while providing a cosy home away from home
vibe. Whitewashed walls and high ceilings combine to provide a light and airy feeling
throughout, while lengthy windows imbibe the surrounding terraces. A doorway leads to a
cloakroom with W.C.

The master bedroom is situated to the left of the open plan living space and is a generous
size. The gorgeous navy blue king size bed takes centre stage and looks even more
appealing against a backdrop of white walls, there is even a jacuzzi bath tub in the corner of
the room- the perfect space to relax and gain some respite after glorious days bathing under
turquoise skies. Furthermore, the master bedroom features a large en suite with shower and
w/c. For storage there is a free standing contemporary open wardrobe.

The remaining sleeping quarters are located to the right of the kitchen. The second bedroom
is an equally good size and has two twin beds ideal for friends or siblings sharing. This
bedroom also enjoys a jacuzzi bath as well as separate shower and WC. The large terrace
doors open onto the pool deck- so it is the perfect choice for those guests who might enjoy a
pre-breakfast dip.

Outside

Outside, Villa Rosemary is entirely encased by white-washed walls so parents needn’t worry
about the children roaming far. There are two swimming pools, one alfresco and one
encased by a glass house providing indoor and outdoor swimming opportunities. There are
also plenty of furnished terraces so it is easy to locate a cosy corner and kick back with a
good book or raise a glass in the alfresco dining area to another wonderful day in the
Mediterranean. En plein air facilities include; alfresco dining area, barbecue, easy chairs and
plenty of day beds. The alfresco swimming pool also has a raised level at one end.
Villa Rosemary is well suited for a family escape and groups of friends travelling together,
this private villa concept delivers blissful self- sufficiency.
