One-bedroom villa suitable for up to 2 Guests.

Villa Sage is a romantic bolt hole for two, complete with large swimming pool, alfresco
jacuzzi bath tub a narrow lawned garden and built in brick barbecue. Like its sister villas it
enjoys a peaceful residential location surrounded by the magnificence of peaceful
surroundings and woodland landscapes. The villa comprises a modern rustic feel with
exposed stone walls and a wooden bungalow style theme.

Ground Floor

Entrance into the beguiling Villa Sage is via glass bi fold doors from the alfresco swimming
pool and garden. Interiors are minimal, rustic- modern and neutral providing a real sense of
place. Once inside, guests will appreciate the wooden surrounds and exposed walls. The
interior provides comfort as well as charm. The ground floor comprises a large open plan
living space complete with replete grey sofa and television, a raised American style-kitchen-
diner bar with 4 stalls and a table, ideal for leisurely breakfasts. While you may not have
come on holiday to cook, the kitchen is well equipped for such a petite holiday
accommodation so you have everything you need should you not wish to leave, enormous
fridge- freezer, hob and full oven. The ground floor also features a cloakroom.

First Floor

A wooden staircase leads up to the master bedroom which is located on a mezzanine floor.
Upstairs the soothing neutral palette continues. The master double bedroom takes up the
entire mezzanine floor and features a large double bed as well as romantic statement sofa!
There is a modern, free-standing open style wardrobe and a large full-length mirror. The
ensuite facility features a shower and w/c.

Outside

With everything at your fingertips it’s difficult to find a reason to leave Villa Sage. Enjoy lazy
days, leisurely loafing and lounging in utterly serene environs. The villa features a good size
swimming pool that is enclosed providing plenty of privacy. There is also a cosy alfresco
seating area ideal for morning coffee or perhaps an aperitivo! There is also an en plein air
jacuzzi which is an especially inviting space to switch off bask under brilliantly blue skies.
There is also a stone built in barbecue and alfresco dining area ideal for leisurely poolside
meals under a canopy of stars. There is also a wonderful hanging chair to drift off in while
being serenaded by the hum of neighborhood cicadas.

Cark park at street level and enter via several steps up to the front door.
